My coaching commitment to you

As a coach I commit to:

Being completely focused on you, during our sessions.
All information shared will be confidential and securely stored, except where disclosure is required by law.
Maintaining professional standards and duty of care as a health coach.
Working within the ethics and standards of behaviour set out by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Maintaining privacy and confidentiality on all records.

As a coach, I cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes are created through our partnership and your commitment to taking actionable steps both during and outside of coaching sessions.

The Client's Commitment

For our coaching relationship to achieve maximum results, the COACH asks that you, the CLIENT, agree to / that:

I am responsible for creating (with the help of my coach) and implementing my own: - physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing decisions, choices & actions to gain results.
The Coach is not, and will not be, liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided by the Coach.
Communicate honestly and be open to feedback and assistance.
Commit time and energy to participating fully.
If I am currently under the care of a health professional, I understand I am recommended to inform the health care provider of my work with my coach. I am also recommended to tell you, my Coach if I am under the care of another health care provider at this time.
I will be on time to all online zoom sessions or I will let you, my Coach know at least 24 hours in advance if I can not make it.
I am willing to write a review at the end of the Coaching.
I will not re-share or copy any content or information from this Program

Do you offer refunds?

1:1 Sessions: Refunds are not available, but you are welcome to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rhythm Reset: A 7 day reflection period is applicable from the date of purchase. If within this time you feel the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund by email.

After this period all sales are final due to the nature of the work and the immediate access to course materials and support.

Retreats: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

If you cancel:

More than 8 weeks before the retreat:
You will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit.
Within 8 weeks of the retreat:
Payments are non-refundable due to venue, accommodation, and preparation commitments.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your place and deposit.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to approval).

Travel insurance is mandatory. Proof will be requested prior to arrival. Insurance must cover illness, travel disruption, and unforeseen emergencies.

In the rare event the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive either:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer to a future retreat.

Resharing or copying content

All program and coaching content is protected by copyright. Participants agree not to share, distribute, or replicate any materials provided during coaching sessions and programs.

Digital Products & Instant Access Content

By purchasing any digital product (including private podcasts, workshops, audio series, courses, or downloadable materials), you acknowledge that:

Access is provided immediately after checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the correct email, device, or link.
No part of this content may be reproduced, shared, distributed, or sold to any third party.
This includes sharing private links, audio files, PDFs, or internal materials.
Results vary from person to person.
Digital products & are educational and experiential in nature. No specific outcomes are guaranteed, as results depend on your personal capacity, nervous system and willingness to implement the material.
The digital content purchased and provided is intended for your personal use only.

All coaching and products are for those who are 18 years of age old and older.
