Stephanie gave a talk at our office in 2023 and gave really valuable insights on gut health, dietary changes and the effects of caffeine on our sleep cycles. We have subsequently had many conversations in person about the changes I've made and she has always been kind enough to recommend different products to suit my needs as a busy professional with a high intensity athletic calendar outside of work.
Pleased to say that I have been off coffee for close to six months, refined sugar and alcohol since December 2023. Increased my fibre intake and added cultured yoghurt to my diet and this has done wonders for my gut.
